Shipping policy

Our Standard Shipping times currently average 4-15 business days, after a 2-5 day processing time. Please allow extra time during the holiday season. Sometimes products will arrive in separate packages to expedite shipping. We will provide tracking numbers for your convenience. We ship worldwide, and all orders are trackable via your country's national shipping service (USPS, Royal Mail, Canada Post, Australia Post, New Zealand Post, etc.)

If you don't receive your item within 8 weeks, we will happily reship it at no additional cost, as long as you entered the correct information at checkout. Please make sure your shipping information is correct, as we are not responsible for packages that are undeliverable due to an incorrect address entered at checkout. We are also not responsible for packages stolen after the postal carrier confirms delivery.

For International Orders: Please note that we are not responsible for customs fees, tariffs, other government fees, lost packages in your home country, natural weather events, public holidays, or any other issues. Please check your home country's policies regarding taxes/duties.
